Our head office is organised in a manner to ensure we always act in the best interest of our Clients. The NYS team is set up in order to successfully manage the daily operations of the business which enable us to meet our customers’ expectations:
Nurse Manager – The director and founder of NYS is a qualified registered nurse (BA Hons RMA) and has several years experience of working as a CQC registered manager. It is the prime responsibility of the Nurse Manager to ensure careful and selective recruitment of all staff.
Business Manager – It is the responsibility of the business manager to ensure prompt attention is given to the general and day to day activities of the organisation. These enable us to meet the flexible needs of every individual Client.
PR & Marketing Officer – Steady growth of the business is managed by our PR & Marketing Officer. Great efforts are implemented to build good working relationships with our Clients. Excellent communication and evaluation strategies are developed to help us ensure we deliver the best service possible.
NYS have two types of staff groups:
Qualified Nursing Staff (RGN, RMN RNLD and RSCN)
Members of staff possessing a qualification recognised by the Nursing & Midwifery Council (NMC)
General Care Assistants
Members of staff possessing or are in the process of acquiring mandatory Health and Social Care trainings and QCF/NVQ level two and/or three qualifications.
We offer a wide range of Health and Social Care trainings and support to develop our staff skills and knowledge. We are committed in maintaining a competent workforce in order to meet the challenges the sector faces today.
There is a competent in house trainer who is responsible for all training plans, analysis and delivery.
